Performance-driven and deeply knowledgeable, his specialty is guiding clients through every stage — from purchasing land, home-plan design, budget and schedule, selections and decorating, and loan acquisition, to one-year warranty and beyond. Rob has built custom homes across metro Atlanta, with 100+ homes and commercial properties to his name.
Paul Marotte
For decades, Paul has brought dream homes to life for countless clients. He began his career in accounting before diving into real estate, developing deep experience across brokerage, development, and construction. His true passion is taking an idea and creating a luxury environment to call home. A 40-year local, Paul is active in the community and serves on the board of the High Point Civic Association.
